Or did you just tell them the time you were going to be there? In the past, when they sent pics to me, I reply with the pic of the one I want, and tell them what time. A couple times, they've said "not available" and gave me alternate times, which worked out. Your experience is disconcerting to hear, if they're doing the bait and switch these days. I was thinking of going to Billingsley last week, but just reading the experiences of the kgirl agency in the Indy forum makes me want to just forget about places here, and drive 3 hours to get something way better.
