I know for a fact that some of the more popular agency girls that would also go BB for clients got STI's at some point. I got a phone call from one that I was close to at at time but I tested negative thankfully. Personally I would choose an arrangement where the girl is only with a couple of guys here and there versus an escort who might see 4-5 guys in a day. That being said, I am single so either way, I have no one to answer to. For you married guys out there, I would cover it up.

Some don't, some ask me to get a cover and I mention my test and show them and then it doesn't matter after that.
