If you are willing to travel and want a good massage and good extras, there are some places in Columbia and Orangeburg, Charleston has some spas that give out greats massages but the extras are not as good.

But they are closed due to COVID. It suck because I use to get damn near GFE there.
I think this place was recently reviewed but I'll throw in my 2 cents.
Went here late in the evening last week, paid 60 to the house for an hour. My provider spoke borderline 0 English but we made it work. The massage was actually incredible. My neck feels a lot better after having seen her. On the flip received a standard HE with literally no roaming. She backed away when I tried but laughed about it. It was fine because I love a strong 2 hand finish and that's what I got. Paid 40 for the tips.
I had to wear a mask initially but she let me remove it during the massage. I'd recommend this spot if you want a legit massage and nice HE but can deal with the no roaming. At 3429 Monroe I could get some roaming in but not quite as good a massage.
