Found an AMP kind of in the Linthicum area. Pretty discreet but different from my usual experienced. The AMP scene in DC itself is dead. Howard and Montgomery Counties are hostile to mongering. Don't visit anyone in those two counties without a solid lead and solid history.

I went there a couple times when it first opened and there was some hope that this might be a good spot but it seems that the 2 you spotted is their permanent team.
