I went to Boomers on Windy Hill Rd. And Cobb Parkway and the one you're referring to is the Taj Mahal by Dobbins NAS. The Taj Mahal was closed down a long time ago though. Not sure about Boomers. They were down the street from each other but the better strip clubs are inside the Perimeter.

Trust me on The Follies. That place is wild! There is takeout and dine in! The best way to experience that is to take a vacation there and go during lunchtime.
