This afternoon I was thinking some more about this, and realized I keep pics of providers I plan to avoid in a special folder (I also keep ones I might see in another folder). So sure enough, I'm 95% sure this is the former Jasmine or Jazz that is using her old pics from the last CENTURY (literally). Here are two of her very old pics that give a strong clue. Carefully look at the tat around on her right arm (or could be left, depending on whether they are mirror images). They match up with the one in STG. I had the misfortune of having her visit me a yr + ago. Sixties at least. Looked at her and said "F-ck" to myself.
