Was bored the last few days and was scrolling through and reading some of the boards in the bigger cities and man it seems like they have quite the experiences there. House fee for the Hr was 65. My guess is HH would be $45. Typical tip (1. 4) for L3 finish. So I am guessing the L1 and L2 rates are typical as well. I do not opt for L1 or L2 so I am not certain of the cost.
