Drove down PH between University and Atlantic around 2:30p on the way home from running errands. There was absolutely nobody out. Where have all the good times gone?

Playing devils advocate here.

I know both you guys don't really equate busting a provider with busting a drive by. Lets be fair now. If a drive by was providing drive by's continually at a certain place continually then I'm sure Jax's finest would make the bust.

I it were the other way around, we would read people bitching about how they can bust shooters but they can't bust a little ole 50 year old provider.

I think the point is, it shouldn't be illegal, especially if she was doing it quietly in her own home and not hurting anyone. And yeah, if someone was drive by shooting people "continually" at the same place every time... I'm sure they would bust them and I don't think anyone would complain about them not catching the 50 year old giving massages. I think EVERYONE would be thrilled that the people killing other people were caught!

It made plenty sense. Just imagine the words " drive by" as a noun and you're good to go.

You're wrong about what the point is. The point is that JSO gets their rep sullied because they enforce the law and can't be there for a drive by because. Well because gosh darn it, they just don't know where and when they are gonna happen.

Oh, and yes, there would be those that would still ***** about not busting a small time provider.

Actually. I was referring to how JSO uses thr resources they already have.
For the drive by only 2 squad cars showed up initially, according to the news report anyway.
The average sting requires about 10 officers, at the least.
So why are they wasting all those man hours when JAX has such a high rate of murders, and other real crimes that actually have victims.

I was out and about on PH during the bust going on, but avoided any confrontation. I was being extremely careful and almost too skeptical of anyone I hadn't seen before. Anyways, I noticed a BSW in an orange-red dress walking the strip. The first time I stopped to talk to her, she walks up to me and the conversation goes nowhere fast so we split our separate ways. I actually thought I got lucky as there was possibly a "lookout" in the nearby apartments. She also wasn't walking much which is usually a giveaway for the decoys.

Well about an hour or so later, I am driving the strip again and notice her still out. I couldn't resist this time. We talked for a bit and I started to get an awkward feeling that something could be wrong. Let's just say that the typical "lady" on PH is so far gone (age or drugs) that an average 5-6 is like winning the lotto. I would put her in the 8-9 range which is not normal for the area. Now my problem is, is "she" a "he? " Just a few things threw me off about her: Skin was nearly flawless, boobs were small (maybe padding-didn't see them), etc.

Anyone have any info on "her? " I've heard there are a few trannies in the area, but I'm still not sold on this one. My take is I found a newbie that hasn't taken on the baggage from the lifestyle. Unless I hear otherwise, I might give her a call to find out for sure. I think I would barf\die if I were making a move on a girl and felt Mr. Johnson hanging around.

Took a trip down 103rd yesterday and it was bone dry, so i drove over to PH and it was the same over there. This was around 11am nobody anyplace.

At least gas is getting cheaper.

Anyone know of any hidden places to monger? The usual places are covered by leo. Pm me with any good details please.

Speaking of hidden places to monger - has anyone seen anything around sin city? Used to be some regulars around there but I haven't checked it out for a while.

Was in town the other day and did the 103rd stroll and McDuff. Not one possibility, not even the ugly ones. Cruised PH but the rains came down and the ho' s went into hiding.
