As always, you are an excellent communicator (not The Great Communicator -that was Ronald Reagon!). You are correct in pointing out:

"The quality providers are not getting the attention and hyperbolae they so richly deserve. If we want to keep them around then we need to keep them busy." Also consider that for most, though not all, this is their livelyhood. Keep them safe and busy!

And I share you sentiments when commenting how you would not have been so successfull in this hobby without the support and intel from Senoirs and for that matter a few close providers. To all you nubies to the board and hobby, watch listen and learn as I did starting out. There is a wealth of intel and knowledge on the threads - present and past posts.

I used to thoroughly enjoy reading others posts and reviews (well I still do!) as well as posting and sharing info with all. I am glad you, Assman, Whodey and numerous others are still out there "plugging" away (lol) and leading the charge! As most know, more than a month ago I stepped to the backround due to all the drama issues. Several weeks ago I also decided to step aside from "personal hobbying" to concentrate on putting my focus elswhere and in a new direction of importance.

I will still be in the backround. Feel free to PM anytime. Stay safe & have fun!

Many of us are now only communicating by PM. In my opinion we are not the ones suffering it is the new comers and the providers that are suffering. The only ones profiting from this problem are the rip-off girls. The new comers are not gaining the valuable information these senior members have to offer and it is costing them to lose some of their hard earner money. All Hail the Assman for paying one back for us. LOL! You are the man dude! The quality providers are not getting the attention and hyperbolae they so richly deserve. If we want to keep them around then we need to keep them busy. But not to busy. LOL! Assman and Whodey this might be directed at you LOL!

We were all new at one time and I would think that all of us have previous hobbyist to thank for saving us all time, money and legal issues. I for one am going to begin to slowly step back out on stage and make my reports public again in the near future. I feel that I do owe this board and the senior members that helped me a debt of gratitude. I just hope that others will follow and begin to make this board great again.

A great communication board is a benefit to all of us. I am going to try and live by one of the most endeared phases of golf etiquette. It just came to me while I was golfing yesterday and Whodey was torching my cell with his details of Mallory.

Leave the course better than you found it. Don't just repair your ball mark, repair one more every time. Don't just replace your divot, replace one more every time. I am going to try to do my part to payback this board by leaving it a better place when I decide to leave than it was when I came. This is a huge challenge in my opinion as this board was very special when I joined. Hopefully others will come help me as I know that I am not up to the challenge all by my lonesome. So, come on guys lets get this place hopping again in the right way LOL! The new guys and the quality providers deserve it and we all owe it.

I just popped in to say I am still here but I just haven't seen anybody lately. I don't think I've seen anyone since I saw Candicane about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I've been working about 70 hours a week and haven't had a day off in 3 weeks.

The good news is my project is almost over and I plan on celebrating big time when it is. And once my project pays off in a month or two I will once again be able to afford the company of ladies on a more frequent basis.

In the meantime I can only reflect on some of my past experiences with the very lovely ladies Candicane, Little Asian, Callie, Sara Tonguetwister, Princess, Brooke Taylor, etc. I hope any ladies I've left off will forgive me since I'm pretty brain dead right now.

As to the aforementioned, all the above ladies are first rate in my book and I can't wait to see each and every one of them again. I wish I could manage to see them all at once. I probably wouldn't survive it but what a way to go!

As for the drama - who cares? I don't pay any attention to it. The best way to stop the drama is to ignore it. You know what they say: Don't feed the drama and it will go away.

I have received numerous requests for information on all of the reports that hit my PM box over the weekend.

While I don't want to post individual information that I received request from the members here to stay private. I do want to pass along the general consensus from all of my friends that were nice enough to give me their reports and provide those requesting information accurate feed back.

While all reports were a little different in services provided/wanted it was unanimous that Mallory provided excellent service. All agreed that she was a very nice/sweet girl that genuinely seem to like her work and was very good at it. Services listed were as follows; Kissing, BBBJ, covered F/S, Mish, CG, Doggie, DATY, Rimming etc. All agreed that she had the high school girl charm with a woman’s skills. One person was surprised but wasn't complaining that she has braces on her teeth. He said that it did add to the high school girl affect. Also it was repeated throughout the PM’s that she is one tight little girl.

The only negative issue that came up (more than once) was that the apartment was messy, but as one person said "I wasn't there for her cleaning skills."

I hope this will help all of those looking for information on Mallory and that I have not infringed upon any members request of privacy.

Seems to me guys that we need to keep this little girl busy.

How much evidence does an officer need to get a conviction. He should not be able to do this on just his word alone. It was appear that the officer lied in court, about the whole deal, because at the time of the arrest he was made to let her go because they did not have her recorded doing anything other than getting in the car, and no money was ever transferred, or talk about.

I would bet if she had a half-ass just pass the bar attorney, they would have gotten her off from that charge. But that is always the case when money matters in the courtroom/legal system.

Alright experts what is the deal on this/her situation?

I came across this article on another board, and thought it should be shared here for the benefit for all nubies, a refresher for Seniors and for all providers. Sorry that it long, but it is packed with some good intel to remember.

Some Basic Thoughts on LE as it pertains to the Hobby
Cops are inherently lazy (most of them).
Large cities create different divisions in their police force (Patrol, Detective, Administration, Dispatch, Corrections, etc.).
Large departments create special divisions within their detective bureau (homicide, theft, auto theft, juvenile, vice, narcotics, etc.)
The smaller the departments, the less likely it is that you will see a detective division, let alone one specifically designated to work vice.
Depending on what environment and/or culture you are in will determine what attitude you will encounter with regards to nudity. (i.e., Europeans, and South Americans generally permit partial or total nudity in public, USA has created an attitude that nudity is bad.)
It has been said that prostitution is the world’s oldest profession.
Depending on what environment and/or culture you are in will determine what attitude you will encounter with regards to prostitution.
The USA began with the establishment of colonies along the Eastern Coast. Many of these colonies were formed of people with strong, strict religious principals. (i.e., the New England Puritans. Ours roots produced a White Anglo Saxon Protestant [WASP] mentality that nudity, sex was wrong.)
In Europe, attitudes concerning prostitution, sex and nudity are much more liberal than here in the States.
As a result of our history and upbringing, the American people generally are opposed (publicly) to prostitution.
Politicians like their cushy jobs and want to keep those jobs. They respond to pressure from society and have passed laws prohibiting prostitution.
Prostitution, when it occurs here in the States, therefore generally occurs in secret as opposed to openly. That secrecy fosters and promotes other criminal acts that are often associated with prostitution by the American public, its politicians and law enforcement. (Johns are robbed, drugs associated with prostitution, women forced to be prostitutes, etc.)
The police, politicians and the public then demand action to stop prostitution to cut down crime, prevent forced prostitution, cut down on drugs. The police chief, hoping to keep his job, and the politician hoping to keep his job, respond to the problem so perceived by cracking down on prostitution by arresting prostitutes and their clients.
Various interest groups manipulate this whole man made problem to their advantage (the wife or the girlfriend who discovers that her significant other has seen a provider, politician hoping to get elected or to retain their jobs, police who can’t catch a criminal pick the escort business to demonstrate that they are taking action to cut down on crime.)
The bottom line is whether you are a provider or a hobbyist, there are social forces at work that result in the profession, the providers and the clients, under the right circumstances, becoming targets of law enforcement.

Therefore,
ONE - if you are going to participate in this area, you should be aware of the police department that covers that area and whether they have a special division to investigate these “crimes.” If they do, you are more at risk to meet Johnny Law than if you were in a jurisdiction that did not have a special unit.
TWO – You should be sensitive to the political mumbling taking place in that jurisdiction. If the mayor has announced that he wants to crack down on this activity, you stand a better chance that you will encounter Johnny Law.
THREE – If you intend to participate in the area, whether as a provider or a hobbyist, you need to accept the fact that you may meet up with Johnny Law and you had better have an idea what you are going to do and how you will handle it.
FOUR – If you are going to participate in this area, and you have the misfortune to meet Johnny Law, LE will do everything it can to get you to talk and tell names. What you do and say will depend upon your particular circumstances, but giving up your companion should not be one of them. In other words, you don’t give up the provider when you are the client, and you don’t give up the client when you are the provider when Johnny Law applies the pressure. You walked into this with your eyes open, don’t turn roll over for them just because they put pressure on you. If you are a hobbyist and you have a wife or a significant other who is going to cause you grief because you have been with a provider, then either suck it up and take it like a man, or don’t make an appointment with a provider. If you are a provider who got nailed, do not talk about your clients.

Providers

If you are a provider, you should understand how LE works. If you are in a jurisdiction that has a vice unit, that unit has to produce to keep their supervisors happy.
Motel operators are very cooperative with LE.
There is nothing that says that a cop can’t lie to you.
Cops are not supposed to engage in a sexual act with you, but they do. If they are a cop and they engage in a sexual act with you, they may not bust you this time, but wait until the next time, when they avoid the sexual contact. Or they may simply use the information to get a search warrant and then take you down, or they may simply issue a complaint. If you appear, you may plead. If you appear and contest the charge, they may drop the case rather than expose their methods. You need an attorney to help advise you.
If your appointment is with a cop and he is going to bust you, he will most likely have fellow officers nearby (outside the door). He may be wearing a wire (transmitter to fellow officers) or carrying a tape recorder.
If it is going to be a bust, he will generally do something to signal the other officers to come in, either by speaking a prerecorded phrase, or going to the door and opening it, etc. Many busts go down when the officer excuses himself to use the bathroom.
Think about the case from the police/prosecution perspective: If the cops enter and the provider is naked or partially nude and the undercover officer is clothed, their case is a lot stronger.
**If there is an exchange of money, the money is “marked” money. That is, generally, the cops have recorded the serial numbers of the bills. This money is found in the provider’s possession, it is evidence that the provider took money for something from this undercover cop.
**The cop, in a bust situation, will want there to be discussion about a sexual act and money for that act.
**If you advertise in order to get clients, understand that LE is reading those ads as well.
**If you are busted by the cops, understand that they will take any cash you have, they will take your cell phone, they will take your computer, they will seize your car.
If you are busted by the cops, they will put pressure on you to talk.
If you are busted by the cops, they may have the media with them.
If you are busted by the cops, and the media is with them, your name (and picture) may appear in the media (TV, newspaper).

Provider do’s and don’ts

Pick carefully your incall location, with an eye towards, what police agencies may cover that area, what the political situation is like.
If you are going to do an outcall, give some thought to where the appointment is going to be and what LE agency covers that area and what the political situation is like.
When you get a call for an appointment, never discuss money or what services you will provide. If it is LE, the call will probably be taped.
**If meeting someone you have not seen before, demand references. Get numbers that you can call discreetly, check the web for the company name and so on. However, be mindful that the cops can set up a phone for you to call that is answered at the Police Department. Same way with company addresses, and references. Anyone can set up a web page with a phony picture and email address. You contact a provider reference and get an all clear. How do you know it was a legitimate provider and not LE?
**A provider recently told me that she will not take a new local client who cannot give her a local provider reference. This makes good sense. **If your prospective client lives locally, but cannot give you a reference to another local provider, there is something wrong, unless the guy is a flat out newbie.
If you are meeting this guy for the first time, embrace him. Run your hands up and down his back, front, legs, everywhere. See if you can feel a wire or tape recorder. If you feel one, keep quiet about it and cancel the meeting.
Incall or outcall, give some thought to where you park you car. Try to park your car in the lot of the hotel or restaurant next door. (Remember, cops are lazy. They will run all the plates of the cars in the hotel lot looking for yours, but generally will not go to adjacent lots. If you want to park your car in the lot, give some thought to using a rental car. Cops may try to seek forfeiture of your car claiming it was used in furtherance of a crime. They can’t if it’s a rental car.)
Incall or outcall, give some thought to leaving your cell phone in your car. The cops will seize your phone if they find it, check all of the numbers that are on it, subpoena the phone records for the past year and try to work the case from that angle. Give some thought to using throw away phones, if you want the phone with you. Change it regularly, the more often the better. It makes it more difficult for the cops to show you are in the sex business for money without a lot of calls.
Incall or outcall, if they bust you, they are going to take your computer if they find it. Give some thought to leaving it in the car as well.
**If outcall, circle the lot before you park to see if there is anyone sitting in a car watching.
If incall, watch the client approach through the peephole.
If incall, try to get a room hat overlooks the parking lot. Watch the lot for the client to arrive. Cancel the appointment, if he has someone with him, or if other cars pull in with him. They almost always will talk with one another before they come up. Problem is if they meet off site. But, two or three cars coming in at the same time should send up flags for you.
If incall, DO NOT open the door and greet the client naked or in a skimpy, see through negligee. If you know the client and you trust him, perhaps, but never, never, never, with a first time meet.
**Never take the money from the client, EVER. (I understand that you want to make sure that the funds in the correct amount have been paid, but you are putting your neck in the noose by taking the money or counting it.)
Always let the client make the first move. If he is hesitant, suggest that he make himself comfortable. He should take the clue and get naked. Your attorney can argue that you were so overcome by the sight of his beautiful naked body, that you couldn’t stop yourself from doing him. If he doesn’t take the hint, give some thought to canceling the appointment.
**Expect that, if you advertise, your ad will be used against you. If your photo is there, and if you have a tattoo and that tattoo appears in the photo, they can link you to the ad, to sex trade for money. Consider covering the tattoo with makeup before the photo or getting a stick-on/peel-off tattoo if you have no tattoos. Your lawyer can argue that they have the wrong person – that you are not the person depicted in the photo. If your face appears in the ad, again, you are linked to the ad and the sex trade for money. Better to limit photos to shots where your face is not seen. As a hobbyist, I want to know what the fee is before I call a provider. **However, if you post a price in your ad, you have linked yourself to the sex for money trade. You’re not fooling anyone when you ask for 300 red roses. On the other hand, you absolutely do not want to discuss money with the client, EVER! I suggest that what remuneration you expect should be couched in terms of what you charge for your companionship. It should not reference GFE.
You do not want anything to do with drugs. If the client brings drugs, cancel the appointment immediately.
You should have memorized phone numbers of an attorney and a bail bondsman. Since the cops will probably take your phone, computer and money, you need a way to reach someone so the calvary can come to your aid. Having a phone number that you can call collect to get help on the way would be prudent.
If you do not think you can handle being arrested, losing your phone, your computer, your car, having your name and picture plaster in the media, you should consider a different line of work.
If the cops have busted you, and you know they have you dead to rights, you probably should not be hard-nosed with them. They’ll make your life miserable. But, if it is a questionable arrest, you should give serious thought not making any statements. You have the right to speak with an attorney and you should exercise that right. Getting arrested is one of the hazards of the business.
Since getting arrested is one of the hazards of the business, you should consider not playing in your own backyard, unless you can handle the publicity.
Bottom line here is be safe, be careful.
If you are aware of providers that are rip offs, get the word out. If a crime occurs and is linked to the business, expect cranked up LE heat, and you don’t need that.
If you are aware of clients that are suspicious, get the word out to other providers.
If you are in the business as a provider, talk with and get to know other providers. Locate and participate in boards that share info between providers. Participate in those boards and discussions. The more you learn, the safer you will be.
If you are arrested, the cops will question you. Anything you say can come back to haunt you, even if you have not been advised of your right to remain silent. The best advice I can give you is to remain silent except to say, “I want to talk to my lawyer.”

Hobbyists

Most busts of Hobbyists are on the street where cops put an undercover police officer on the street as a street walker. You’re on your own there, guys.
I have not seen or heard of a situation where an undercover cop places an ad, does either an incall or outcall, and then makes an arrest. That is not to say it hasn’t or won’t happen. If it is going to happen, it will probably be in the larger cities.
The provider should lock the door after you enter. If she doesn’t, you should consider leaving.
Assuming this is the first time with this lady, never hand the money to the provider and never talk about what sexual acts will be performed. You should do your research before making an appointment with the provider. Does she have a web site, does she have reviews.
If you are busted by LE, they will take your phone, your money and tow your car. Consider leaving your car, phone and extra money in your car and consider parking your car in the parking lot of a neighboring restaurant or hotel.
If you are busted by LE, they will try to question you, even if you have not been advised of your right to remain silent. Keep your mouth shut except to say, “I want to call my lawyer.”
Have memorized a phone number of an attorney and bail bondsman. Also a number that you can call collect to get help on the way.

Lastly, Provider –client contact, LE waiting outside the door:

In this scenario, generally either the provider or the client is an undercover cop or informant. Follow the procedures above.
However, if it is a legitimate provider and a legitimate client, and LE is waiting outside the door, they don’t have anything unless you start talking. Keep your trap shut except to say, “I want to talk to my lawyer.”

Her only reason for appeal would be a claim that the conviction was against the manifest weight of the evidence. Ac standard she can't win since the trial court's determination of the facts is given great deference on appeal.

If she had an attorney at trial, she could quite possibly have prevailed, but that horse has left the barn.

Remember the two most important ups when dealing with the police.

1. Shut UP

2. Lawyer UP

My observation is an obvious one, but maybe it gets overlooked: Its much better to be a monger than a provider, in legal terms. Fair? Probably not--I'll let you decide. But it is how it is.

Lesson? Treat the fair and honest providers well!

I really wanted to give Mallory a try, but I decided to pocket the extra 1$$ and go with my old friend who looks awesome and very well kept also. Mallory looks very cute, but I'm just having a hard time justifying what you guys are calling a "good deal". Price still seems high for a little bit of fun. Though I could be totally missing out on something spectacular.

The police officer did not make a custodial arrest and take her to jail (as in burglary). He wrote her a ticket (like a traffic ticket) instead. That is not "letting her go."

The prosecutor had no evidence? The arresting officer testified he made a P4P deal with her. That sounds like evidence to me.

The prosecutor didn't produce the money with her prints on it? On a speeding ticket they don't produce your steering wheel with your prints on it either.

It was his word against her word. Happens all the time. The judge apparently believed the police officer.

I was just having this very same conversation with Harpo earlier this week. I have total respect for the guys that frequent the street girls. It takes big balls and lots of advance scout work to do what you guys do and be successful at it while not getting pinched.

Speaking for myself, I make larger donations than you do because meeting a vouched provider at her incall location has a much safer and more intimate feel to it. Also, I do not like the tension that playing in my car at a hopefully discreet location creates. I just feel more comfortable at a nice clean safe incall location.

If you add the cost of a decent hotel room to what you would pay for F/S from a street girl in your car plus the gas used for obtaining your intel I don't see where paying $.60 for vouched provider like Mallory (Just using her as an example because she was mentioned in the post) where you have a reasonable expectation of getting exactly what you are looking for and having a much lower risk of going home empty handed (Or maybe full handed due to needing self service LOL) because only the fags as you guys call them were the only ones out that day/night when you went on your cruise is that much of a price increase for the comfort level that you are paying for.

I do feel that paying $.60 for an unrushed encounter with a vouched provider is a good deal compared to the $$$ and up that some guys pay to the Eros Guide travel girls. I guess I feel the same way towards those guys as you do towards me. Why pay that much when there are other quality providers at half the cost. I guess I feel I am getting a great deal because I do my homework and intel here (Note to Jackson; You know I wouldn’t go anywhere else. LOL) to find these girls and they take the easy route.

I would guess that there is probably close to the same risk percentage of taking home an unwanted extra from your experience if all protection measures are used equally. I for one have seen where BP/CL girls have been reported infected with various issues and then they disappear. I am sure it is the same on the street.

Even though I respect what you do it is not what I am looking for and I do not have the time or inclination to do all of the advance scout work that you guys do and still run the risk of coming up empty handed. I do think it is very impressive how diligent and persistent you guys are in your preparation and execution of the hunt.

I do think that Harpo hit the nail on the head when he said “We like the thrill of the hunt!” If that is a big part of the thrill that you are looking for you won’t find that by perusing BP, CL, Eros Guide or any other provider advertising outlet at any price. Only your chosen hunting ground can provide that.

We all have our own level of kink/thrill that we gravitate to. None better than the other just different is all. Different is hard to understand sometimes.

Here is the deal as told to me via PM's.:

The Police were suppose to keep the Money given as evidence, and since that never happened, via her word they had none. Each time LE does a sting all evidence is kept no matter what it is. LE had none of this, and this was a Sting Team. One of the officers even tried to arrest her, but the one of the other officers even told them they had no evidence thus they settled on a ticket. The officer who tried to arrest her wanted something out of it, thus a ticket.

She had no money for a lawyer, and the case did not raise to the level of getting a Public Defender. Basically she was Doomed in the courts of Hamilton County.

Even a Half Ass attorney would have been able to get her off, but again MONEY is the problem. The court are about Money, Not about Justice. With a decent attorney it would have been thrown out, never making it to court.

As for the speeding ticket, not court will let an officer give you a ticket for speeding with evidence and logging that evidence. This includes log records, instrument mastering & verification, location, and the law itself.

This I know because I have beaten many Speeding tickets, in several Counties, especially Hamilton County.

This was done without an attorney, against a Prosecuting Attorney.

So the thing about the steering wheel is really a little far out there, but I can appreciate what you were trying to say.

Basically she got the Shaft, and the Police, Prosecutor, and Judge knew this. This is why she got the lowest fine possible, instead of the highest, which could range up to $1000.

As for the Attorney that PMed me I will turn your name over to her, but I think now she just wants to just pay off the fine. I think she should fight it for future purposes, but the Court System is made to just beat you down. She has been beat down, and she again lacks money. Good thing she is not on Drugs.

The prosecutor had no evidence? The arresting officer testified he made a P4P deal with her. That sounds like evidence to me.

If You Must and Have To Deal With the Police:

Learn to just. "Shut Up". "Lawyer Up".

And Know the Law you are charged with.

Get a O. R. C. (Ohio Revised Code) book. You can contact Lexus Nexus (Google Search) and buy it from them.

It has helped me alot, especially when pulled over in these Speed Trap mini towns like Newtown, Arlington Heights, Reading, N. C. H., and even Cincinnati.

Just because the Police are the Police doesn't mean they always know the Law, and are correct in enforcing it. That is why they need the Prosecutor & Judge to help them fix their mistakes.

Her only reason for appeal would be a claim that the conviction was against the manifest weight of the evidence. Ac standard she can't win since the trial court's determination of the facts is given great deference on appeal.

If she had an attorney at trial, she could quite possibly have prevailed, but that horse has left the barn.

Hey guys,

I really really don't want to pickup SW but I'm having a really hard time getting any activity other than springfield and the only other person that saw me was roxanne. I am completely new to the hobby other than that (except for a hotel in shanghai). Can somebody give me some advice how to get some decent incall company? I have tried a few times messaging a couple girls on here but nobody responds. Obviously nobody wants to take a chance on someone that could be LE but somehow there has to be a start. Any advice from the vets?
