So I don't know about you guys, but I feel like this game just got more dangerous! They took over and took down myredbook which was great to have reviews right there on the ad! Now I feel like its back to a craps shoot if you want to try someone you haven't seen before!

This is a new case just handed down yesterday:
In California, "police may not search a digital information on cellphones seized from arrestees without warrant because government's interests do not justify them" Cite as 2014 DJDAR 8220, Supreme Court of the United States, Riley v. California, No. 13-132.
Case involves a gangbanger who was stopped for a traffic stop, which led to arrest on weapons charges. An officer searching Riley during the arrest seized a cell phone from Riley's pants pocket and searched it, and other officers did as well. They were able to link Riley to a recent shooting, and enhanced punishment for gang membership. Riley was able to suppress it.
Held: "the police generally may not, without a warrant, search digital information on a cell phone, seized from an individual who has been arrested". A warrant is needed. They note that a cell phone today can store a ton of data and allowing an officer to go through same is an intrusion of privacy and since that data can also be stored on the cloud, "a search may extend well beyond papers and effects in the physical proximity of an arrestee, a concern that the USA Recognizes but cannot definitively foreclose".

So with the closure of myredbook where am I to find a decent safe date? Hx and rb were my two sites that I used. Hx is great but hey lest be honest here hx does not have the variety that rb had. I really don't want to go back to using BP. I use to use BP in conjunction with another site for reviews but rb had that all wrapped into one. What sites are you guys using?
I agree that that the reviews posted with the ads is why I would browse through Myredbook. When I see an ad on BP that I like and google the number it will usually lead to an ad on Myredbook and with it any reviews. Besides TER I don't know of any place where you can google the number and be connected to a review. I enjoy this site because of all the information shared and in depth reviews, but searing the forum while I am in need of a nut can take a long time. Still love this site Jackson LOL.

I've read a lot of post on here from guys that are\were members of My Red Book and concerned the FBI has your info. The bad news is, they probably do. The good news is, don't be so worried.
I have family and friends in both local and federal LE. The last thing the FBI wants to do is charge a John with a petty misdemeanor. They're all about getting the big fish, not the guppies. They are going after the King pin Pimps that make hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars off human trafficking.
So take a deep breath and take this as a learning experience. If you must pay money to join a service, use an Anonymous debit card next time. Use secondary unregistered devices and go to a public WiFi locations to perform the dirty work so the IP address is random.

What I liked about myredbook is being able to search for BBFS ads. Never took the plunge with those but they were fun to read. Anybody know of other sites that have the BBFS search? I know about adultwork but I don't know if it works well for domestic searching.
Thank you for such an informative dissertation. I myself have not been down in at least 7 or 8 years. Had some great times at Adelita and HK back in the day. Since I am not close to border it is definitely a trip to get down there. Thinking it may be time for a trip back down based on your informative report.

Its going to be a madhouse this weekend BTW, especially on Saturday. American holidays can be weird on the Sunday night because it isn't a holiday in Mexico and the chicas mostly aren't too cognizant or don't give a shit that the streets and bars will be full of gringos unlike most dead Sunday nights. So Saturday is a madhouse where walking through HK or Adelita near midnight will be like trying to rush a football into the end zone on a 4th and 2 in a championship game. Sunday will be a sausage fest though patience will get you more than you need before the night is over.
So much to say about landing the good economic overnight guests. I'll just give a few clues. First, fagetaboutit with the major gringo bars like Adelita or HK on any weekend night if you want extra special at a bargain rate. No bargains unless the chica is seriously in love with you in which case you'll do better to pay her big money. All the bars charge bar fines for taking a chica on shift away, that is beyond the bar's own associated hotel. The gringo bars will be ridiculous about that on a holiday weekend. Negotiable but your best deal will not be a good one for either the chica or the barfine.
The answer is to go to ANY OTHER BAR. Most gringos who are casual visitors and only do the standard short term with gringo bar girls and SGs do not feel comfortable at the "locals' bars". With a couple of exceptions, there are few Americans around if any. Blaring latin music and dancing. You will get a special hustle from the wait staff who hyperventilate at the sight of a gringo customer thinking their annual income is about to double and their oldest hijo will go to college after all. They can suffocate you if you don't know how to deal and get along without letting them take over your prerogatives.
The good news is all the chicas want you too though you need to avoid the aggressive ones. You can find relatively "normal" mexicanas in these bars. FOBs who will remind you of non-pros in SoCal. You need to work them to gain simpatico and then you are in for an ultimate and economic all night fiesta with a less onerous bar fine. It will take some time to build "confianza" not to mention that the house and the chica want you there to milk your wallet for ficha drinks for a while before she agrees to take off with you. So an investment is usually required up front with a new chica for you but you can draw boundaries and the in-bar ficha time can be a fantastic over the edge party that sets the tone for a fantastic long term hotel marathon. So if you just ask a girl you don't know to go to the hotel, its most likely going to be mechanical wham bam which is fine enough for many, but yo, no. So it should be fairly obvious that the more Spanish you have at your disposal the more fun you're going to have and the pace of simpatico building will be accelerated. Virtually none of the chicas in the smaller locals' bars speak any English. Not a good game for guys who just want to fuck. My game after almost 20 years of carousing Tijuana is that I have no agenda but to have a good time. I want to party in the bars and go with the flow. Almost always turns out to be an excellent story with a good beginning, hot middle and blissful final act.
Some times you want to go with the flow but numbers are easy to get so the best way to go is to be there for at least a couple of nights. The chicas you meet in a bar on night one can visit you at your hotel on day 2 without your having to pay a bar fine. They take the day off to be with you or see you off shift. Not so great to take them after their shift is over from these locals bars since you can expect them to be ready to fall into a drunken coma once they get relaxed with you in bed and maybe the coma comes while your dick is in one of their orifices. I've had 3 chicas pass out with my dick in their mouth. Not really a good thing! Better to meet them when they're sober and have a few drinks together to achieve a most useful level of adjustment.
SGs are another option. Many won't leave their own spot and usual hotel with a stranger for the sake of security, but if you can get silly with them on the street and make them laugh they can thaw out pretty quickly. Some others just won't leave because their Padrote would not be too happy about them leaving the known zone and probably earning less on an overnighter than calming 15 erections for 15 minutes at a time. But if you find a good and willing SG, and there are plenty among the mobs who are out there on weekends, an offer of $100-150 or even less for overnight hours may seem irresistible and actually desirable to relax in a comfortable room for hours at a time with just one erection to administer to. You could even invest in a cheap short term session with the chica which will give her a chance to get comfortable enough with you to take it on the road for something more special. Don't do business with "walkers" who are messed up English speaking drugged out deportees or just on the run. Don't do business with "helpful" intermediaries and guides who speak English. They are also deportees, drug addicts and dealers and the policia will note that you have bad taste in amigos.
Best hotels right in the middle of the zona action are Cascades which is shared by HK and Las Chaveles bar next door, and Hotel Coahuila which is the Adelita Hotel. Both have been remodeled and modernized. Still at least slightly a 3rd world experience but completely comfortable. I have had enough of that chaos after many years and prefer to use a luxury hotel named Hotel Ticuan which is about a half mile from the zona norte on Calle 8 between Revolucion and Constitucion. Google and make online reservations. Should be pretty full this weekend though. This is the heart of the downtown (Centro) district these days with all kinds of other action available including interesting mexican hipster bars and the giant Las Pulgas dance club which draws literally more than 10,000 local revelers on weekend nights and pounds hard into and past the sunrise. P4 P options also available in this area. 10-15 minute walk to the zona norte or $3-4 taxi ride. Zona chicas love to spend the night in this hotel. Staying in a luxury hotel is a currency substitute. Getting them to leave may be the problem!
Sorry for going on so long off topic but I haven't skimmed the surface. Tijuana curious mongers should check out the specific Tijuana message boards plus the International Sex Guide for giant data bases of information and guides to what can be a very complex maze of opportunities beyond the standard Hong Kong Club hit and run play.
