Sometimes the content is fresh. Sometimes it's valid. Better to find the source material in your area. If they don't have a local number, that's usually a red flag. If they have no posting history, it's likely a red flag. If you don't find any reviews or similar ads in the area with the same phone number, it's probably fake.
