I was told last year a spa in TX was raided and LEO found owners installed hidden cams. Cops used footage to charge 5 cats with trafficking. I always scan. If owners have footage cops can use it with no probable cause challenge.
I have wondered about this. I'm thinking that simply being observed entering these premises might be enough for cause but not enough to be charged and certainly not conviction. Unless you incriminate yourself.
Of course, a charge is good enough to screw you up good.

That led to the search warrant and video, along with the "seminal fluid" present onthe napkins in the trash. Hey don't bother to flush those!
