People are highly infectuous 3 days prior to symptons
Is it really worth it?? I guess if you want to take a chance with your life. . . .
Unless you're using quarantine measures it won't make much of a difference. The virus lives on surfaces as well for quite a while, and is pretty aggressively airborne in general. Very likely to get on, say, your clothes laying in the corner of the room and transferring that way.
Considering how much most of these providers smoke, it's somewhat unlikely they would be infected without presenting symptoms. The highest risk of death is if you're old, immuno-compromised, a smoker, have a history of flu / pneumonia, have asthma or otherwise weakened respiratory system. If you fall into one of those categories. Your only actual safe option is to steer clear. The virus isn't as deadly as most pandemics in terms of CFR / mortality rate, but it is by far one of the most aggressively infectious ones we've seen in a while.
Qustion about Craigslist ads
Is this a new way for providers to hook up?
A scam?
I am moving to Memphis and plan to rent a room for a few months until I find the right property to buy.
A large percentage of the Craigslist Room Share ads show a foxy girl, and ask me to 'apply' with a website.

This is not anything like I see in Florida, and I am experienced.
What's the deal?
