People come and go from hotels all the time. They have no idea what your business is. Walk in, give a smile if someone is at the front desk, speak if they speak and make your way to the elevators. Most elevators are not hard to find. If the girl is astute, she will tell you where the elevators are if they're hard to find.
I have NEVER had a girl not give me the room number once I'm there. That's the typical 2-call system.
The one thing I will add is I try not to leave the same way I entered. I usually take the elevators up and take the stairs down and exit a door different from the front door. It can look suspicious going up and coming back down 15/30/60 minutes later.

I have been seeing good reviews from those that got into the door and seen her. You may have caught her at the right time and maybe the first one of the day? I never met her but the times I have texted her sometimes she replies right away and sometimes it is hours later. It may depend on how strung out she is at the time too.
