The people behind it are good at finding pics of really good looking girls who don't show up using an image search. My guess is that many of the scammers are guys since the scammers never intend to meet with the victim in the first place. I am sure most of them don't live in the city where they are advertising either. They just pull an address off a mapping app. All they need is a good pic and an ad with a phone #. The scam was everywhere a couple of years ago but has died down. I saw another recent post where a guy was scammed in the same manner. Maybe coming back. These scammers read the USASG forums too. As far as a general rule, even a girl who is legit under normal circumstances will likely not show or dash with your cash if you send them money or give them an opportunity to easily scam you. Keep in mind that for 95% of these girls, if they had the option, they would prefer to get paid without having to screw us. That goes for you guys who think you are studs and Romeos too.
