Charged with misdemeanors. No lawyer needed if you don't cooperate with their investigation. So what if her / his phone has conversation with them. Is the person dead, raped, or beaten then sorry. If you purchase them online, you will leave a credit card trail. You can go into WalMart and buy cards with cash to load into your phone. I know that someone will say that they can track the card purchase back to the store and probably pull up a picture of you buying the cards. I'd seriously doubt that they would dig that deep unless there was a murder involved.
