I just wanted to clarify that while one might feel the risk of arrest / prosecution is very low, prostitution is no longer legal in CA, and could in a worst case scenario result in a 5 year jail term.

Not trying to discourage anyone, just sharing accurate information. Besides, penalties are nothing to sneeze at in the US either but that doesn't stop anyone here from mongering.

I heard about escorting being legal in CA a couple of years ago and it was on my list of places to visit but once the laws changed the reason to go there dissappeared. Only advantage I can think of is not getting name in local paper if I were arrested but I can acheive that by just crossing the state line and going to one of a handful of cities an hour or two away. (others might do the math differently and come to a different comclusion).

There was a young spinner Zoe who worked at opulence last spring? She and a friend of hers Kiana (I think) both worked there and left at same time. Does anyone here remember them or know if they are still around?

Went to the spa north and east of the city. Been having a nice time here with a little roaming and such. Only today I was hassled over the tip before the ending, with really nothing more added to the menu. Left happy with. 40 on the end table. I hate it when you all relaxed then the haggling comes in to play.

Luck of the draw and got me Tiffany. 5'2" somewhat spinner with nice bolt on see to D. Was never very good with figuring sizes. Table shower was standard with a bit of upbeat humor and play on her part. Must say I liked her attitude which was a pleasant change from the last time I was there. She asked me who I had last time and I told her "I don't remember her name which means I was not too pleased with the service". In and out in 40 minutes. Place was busy. Maybe 15 minutes of massage, a little lite finger action, some cheerful playing in all the right areas, the flip and you know the rest. Standard rates applied. Nothing to indicate things may come to end soon. Time will tell.

While I have no direct evidence, there are some telltale signs:

The windows are covered up.

The 930 closing time. I drove by one night after 10, and there was a car out front and the neon OPEN sign was still alive on.

The fees. 80 for a 90 minute bodywork session? That's a steal.

The lack of advertising. I've only seen ads on CL.

The one review on Yelp that's actually an ad that was done by an Asian guy who has a friend from Flushing.

The only thing I'm hesitant on is with all these new places in the same area it's going to attract attention. Plus the fact that this place is in a plaza with a salon, a deli, and a pizza place on a very busy street.

With the end near I decided to try my luck with Tiffany at Harmony Spa.

This was my 1st time at this spa and it was a very successful visit. I've been needing a little more TLC than what is currently available near me. Britaly's description of Tiffany was spot on, very playful and fun. Massage was so-so, but I wasn't there for that. Got about 55 minutes because I wouldn't let her get me off as fast as she tried. Slowed it down several times by switching positions. She is very good at making a man relax.

Hopefully there will be time for a follow-up visit.

Many of us are interested parties but lack factual updates.

The helpfulness of yourself and others like Flydangler in appreciated.

Whenever this issue becomes visible to the public bad things follow. There have been references here recently to an adjacent state and facility which is long standing, but became visible and then the focus of a, very suspect, article in the local college paper prompting sanctions. While they eventually returned it was a lesson learned.

Can't say anything about massage or skills as I was in a rush.

I took a late lunch Friday and decided to check it out. The massage was really good. It definitely gives the vibe like it's not out of the question something could happen. But, I left as I came in. A couple of things. How were the ladies dressed? (That is often a clue.) I don't quite understand "I left as I came in. " That's a pretty good trick.
