Each sticker pays for 30 minutes of visitor parking. When you leave the garage, if your time of exit is less that 1 hour after your time of entry, two stickers will cover it. If exit is more that 1 hour after entry, $3 additional will be required to pay for up to 30 minutes overtime. So, if you spend more than about 55 minutes in Sunflower (or elsewhere in CC) it is probable that you will be parked for more than the 60 minutes covered by two stickers.
Check your entry time on your ticket as you are getting ready to leave Sunflower and ask Yuri for an additional ticket if you need it.
If you think the attendant is ripping you off, ask to see the ticket after he's stamped it with the exit time. Do the math and call him on it if he's cheating.
