You Massage Spa on Broadway and Swan is where I've had it a while back but they wanted $$ at the time so not something I would regularly repeat. To make your own nuru gel get yourself some sodium alginate and dissolve that in some boiling water. I forget the ratio but they use it for cooking so you can probably look that up easily enough. I keep my own bottle around just in case I find a place that will do it but doesn't have the gel.
