Why Not Get Licensed?
I just finished reading the Rhode Island Laws on licensing. It seems to be a hurtle for these women to get licensed, but not an insurmountable one. They can be licensed by going to school or having "equivalent training" and 500 hours of "hands on" experience. Also, it appears that a gym can provide massage therapy without a license. I did once have a Licensed Massage Therapist who provided a full menu. Unfortunately she's gone. I'm surprised no entrepreneur is pursuing this angle.

Double Standard?

Re: new law
I thought Providence was a sanctuary city?
I read in the new law that the workers have to be documented, that fact probably negates the sanctuary city rally cry.

My point exactly!
I read in the new law that the workers have to be documented, that fact probably negates the sanctuary city rally cry.
That's why it's a double standard.

Do the math.
It's all about nothing. They live quietly with their expensive cars, furnishings, clothes and everything else we have paid for. Some earn $250,000 a year and more. They send money home just like all the other countries do. And, someday they go back with a rich pussy.

Not a good life. The ones I spoke to said that they did not work in Flushing. Too small a community and they did not want their own to know how they really made their.
Money, Some said they did nails in Flushing and would come up here when they needed to make fast money.

So yeah I'm sad to see it go but glad I managed to get to FE for last one hurrah, no mention from Mamasan or my masseuse of any pending closing though. Their parking lot was full, and I passed one very old dude coming out as I went in the frontdoor, and heard at least 2 more guys entering during my time with Mimi. I had forgotten just how small and indiscreet this place is, will be sad to see one of the last holdouts shut up shop.

Numbers off just a bit
$250,000 / $ 100 tip each session (to make it easy) = 2,500 sessions / 3 mongers a day = 833 days /365 days in a year = 2. 28 years.

Money, Some said they did nails in Flushing and would come up here when they needed to make fast money.
Your numbers are way off. Around here and in most places full service is generally about $140 per hour the girls make and they see anywhere from 5-10 plus guys per day. Do the math. BBD is correct in how much they can make. Non FS places the girls make considerably less. The FS girls have a GREAT life. They make a ton of money. The smart ones save their money and retire early. The dumb ones spend it all on junk or gamble it away. I have met both types.
