Felt better also immediately after the shot. Pain went from a solid 6 or 7 to a 3 or 4 within the first 8 hours. Pain eventually disappeared completely after maybe 4 days after the Dr. They still hadn't call back about results when they said it would be 2 or 3 days to get results. Finally on Saturday (8 days after my initial visit) they called to say all STD test were negative.
