If you got that service at Alice, getting a name is very important information.

I'm fairly certain it is the mamasan because she was behind the desk both times I went there (first time being when she gave me the HE, second time another lady who was strictly business).

That's unheard of. Maybe this person is new, doesn't realize what going rates are for HE tip.
