LE hates these and prepaid phones.
This is no harder for LE to do on a registered pre-paid card than with a normal credit card. After all these are still co-branded Visa, Mastercard and AMEX cards. Very easy to grab personal info (if it's there, because you registered it so you can do reloads). And then LE drops by your home or office. The card / account gives up the reloads AND also ALL of the transactions: Where, When, How much. Same as a credit card. The ONLY way to avoid this data trail is to toss a pre-paid after it's initial load is used up and buy a new one. More expensive? Yes. Untraceable? Ditto. I have had conversations with D E A, F B I and H o m e l a n d S e c u r i t y and trust me: They HATE pre-paid cards for a reason.
I go so far as to have someone else buy these for me, and the prepaid phone that I use to contact the ladies. Not that I am paranoid, but everywhere has a camera on you when you buy these things and believe me face recognition truely works. I am not sure Scottsdale or Phx would go that far, but back east the FBI and locals did a five state bust on the shops that move these girls around.
The ones I give my number to is the prepaid, and same one I put their numbers in.
Hey we all have some special girls number. I still call Lowsa from ANFU and she has been from Cali, to Deleware to Hawaii since ANFU. I just stay in touch because when this talent comes back to valley I want to be first in line.
Pre-Paid. They ALL Are initially
ANY pre-paid brand card, where you load money on it at the register when you are buying the card, are not initially traceable. What happens (usually) is that in order to "reload" the card after the initial purchase / use, you will need to go and "register" the card with your name, address, etc. I know this is a fact if reloading with a check; not sure about if you reload with more cash, but I think that's the case with cash reload as well. I will make a few phone calls and update if there are corrections to the above.
I use cash most of the time and have not ventured into the pre-paid world. I'm just aware of the nuances based on my occupation.
UPDATE: I need to clarify that what you need to buy are Branded (e.g. Visa, M/c, AMEX) GIFT Cards. Those can typically be loaded up with up to $500 and they are used exactly like a credit or debit card. Use them and toss them once depleted. If you by a "Pre-Paid credit card" you will need to register the card BEFORE you can even use it. Check the packaging that the card is secured in to confirm what you are buying - or ask the cashier as you are checking out.
As to WHY you might use one? Many folks do not like to walk around with that much cash in their pockets all the time; especially if you have a nosey spouse. A Visa card doesn't display how much is available, but $500 in cash sitting on the dresser might create a few questions.
Papa,
Do you know which are the "generic","untraceable" brands of pre-paid cards?
Thanks,

4 seasons massage. Ripoff
Paid a visit to 4seasons. Wish I would have stayed home. Greeted by a half asian with a nice rack. Paid the 50, got a decent rubdown but only 20 minutes of it. , no table shower. Told it was broke (after I paid). Anyways, she quoted $$ for everything, and HARD negotiated to 120. She took the money out, came back in nekkid. Wow for the bod.
Anyways slipped a cover on and laid flat, I moved for a BJ and she giggled and said no. I was like, WTF. You said everything? She goes, no and points to the vag. Pissed I go On and went to play with the kitty to get myself going and again, told no. Whatever, determined to make the most of it, I mount and goto town. Then I go to suck on some titty, told No louder. Then somebody knocks and yells some unintelligible shit. She pushes up and lets some older gal in, and I'm told to leave.
I'm done with the AMPs burned way to much.
