I agree. I remember when I first got to this area back in 2000 that the Post was full of ads for DC VA MD. I remember one nice place down in Charles County that the girls looked really nice and service was great, then I believe in 03 0r 04 Charles County residentents got uptight and then all things started closing.
So I sure LE uses the boards but they can probably pick up more info off the streets than here. Plus on here they would have to spend to much time sorting through crap about shutting down the board

(I highly doubt that the kids knew what was going on inside T&M. I suspect it was more likely the soccer moms dropping kids off there who objected.) Wherever these places operate, LE probably won't bother them unless there are complaints. These complaints could come from other business owners who feel that these places might hurt their own business, which I find unlikely. The other source of complaints would be from the aformentioned soccer moms, or other residents, who feel that these places are not welcome.
We can speculate about how the moms might feel threatened by the fact that they are fat and unattractive to their husbands compared to the K-girls. My point is that these places advertise because they are in business to make money, and they are trying to attract customers. Secondly, politicians respond to constituents, and LE are run by politicians: in DC it's the mayor, and in Maryland and Viriginia it is the county sheriff, an elected official. The District is certainly a different place than it was just a couple of years ago. If enough people complain about something, you can be sure that some action will be taken. So it doesn't matter whther this web site goes silent or not, as others have said, the spas advertise on Craig's List and/or the City Paper, and there are always neighbors around that might complain. I would bet that the reason for the raids on Orange were the result of neighboring businesses complaining rather than anything posted on this board. [/QUOTE]

One of the locations on M street placed new ads with the name Star this last week. Location is old and known, name is new. So although the name was changed recently, it's possible someone was at the same location 3-4 weeks ago.
Now as for the Star in Nova, i don't believe anyone is using that name currently but there used to be 3 amps with that name, the best being where MO's is now. Now that was a spot worth going to for a while. Kim's just ain't worth it though.

On the second floor used to be ICM Massage, now it open as Star. The one on third floor is M St spa, Total disaster, ladies too old and asking for too much $.

I'm wondering if you posted this to the correct site for a couple of reasons. First, you are talking about locations in NOVA, but posted to the DC board. Fuck meter is reset to zero. 2008 was slow [was supposed to be my retirement] so the body count was about 35. O count was probably hovering around 250...
Resolution: Lower the body count to say 10 or 12, but get the O count up about 700 where it should be - 2 a day. :D I think this is a resolution I would be motivated to achieve, as opposed to some others I may have made in the past.
With all the closings and openings and concerns for too much information posted here, RTFF is no longer keeping up with the times. I'm not in DC, but if anybody [Wayward One?] could update our addresses and open/closed status, that would be appreciated by all. Hell, just a list of open DC Spas would make RTFF combined with advanced search to make this forum more valuable. Just my 2¢.

I decided to check out the New Years Eve fireworks at the above-mentioned location yesterday. After having secured transportation to the famous city, I got all the way up to the city entrance only to find that it was closed to visitors, almost as if there was a big deadbolt lock across the entrance. Bummer -- I had nowhere to go to celebrate.
After LE shut them down they actually showed up across the river first over by 10th Street & Wilson Boulevard got ran out of their and showed up west on Wilson Boulevard about 1/4 mile past George Mason Drive on the 2nd fl.
Don't know what happened after that. But I had asked her to call me if she changed locations again? No call this place was always great to me from Canal Road all the way through Arlington.
Downtown towards the end service was a little off the regular course just one's opinion.
