I tried to shoot you a PM and discuss all your questions but it was way too long so here is my response to all of your questions and better since everyone can see them as well.
Taking your questions in reverse order here are my answers:
1. Any fears of Kidnapping?
Colombia has changed a lot since the days Of Pablo Escobar and the Cali-Medellin cocaine wars. Although there are some areas and behaviors (Wearing expensive jewelry, flashing lots of cash, etc.) that might put one in danger of it, the areas I go to and the people I associate with leave a zero chance of being kidnapped.
2. Round trip on Spirit Air from Ft. Lauderdale to Barranquilla for example, the weekend of 9/3-9/5 is under $200. Flights from individual locations to Ft. Lauderdale can vary. As for hotels, what I am proposing is an all inclusive package minus the airfare. I would be happy to arrange other means as well, for example, for a flat fee I will direct you to some of the very nicest hotels that are girl friendly (meaning that you won't have any trouble getting girls in and out. Some are very strict about this and could cause problems for you), Direct several girls your way that I know and have been checked out as far as level of service they will provide, appearance, personality, trustworthiness, and fully sexual machines, Restaurants, and Clubs for some fun outside the room, etc.

The country is very much open now even with some fluctuations in the number of cases and mask wearing is encouraged although you will see many places where people aren't wearing them.
That should pretty much cover it all and is the main reason that I offer my services and / or a full, all inclusive, package completely safe and full of fucking fun!
