Once the monthly payment is made you can use your SA login information on a regular web browser on the computer or cell phone. I find the app quirky so I only use it to pay the fee.

I have been going back and forth with her to set something up for two weeks (I am an out of towner). I also think she is more of a civilian than current SB style.
