What is the discount they are offering? I assumed people were reviewing, because this forum is a guide on where to get good and bad service and people were sharing experiences.
For me, Shanghai has provided consistent service, from better than average looking providers at a decent price. The only issue for me is that its so busy. Usually my sessions dont get interrupted much, thank goodness.

I also recently went to Shanghai and had an amazing time, great rate. I'd recommend it over Evergreen. CBJ for not much more than Evergreen, no massage.
I also also stopped in to New Spa and although the girls were better than Evergreen the prices was $$$ for full service.
