She is a sweet accomadating young lady that has had a few bad things that hit her over a few months. She would take 2 steps forward but was pushed back 3. But it's become so bad that we are willing to pay $. 5 or $$ for horrible service from providers either working for their next fix, or worse, for their handler that might string them along. As for RunDMC's approach, it's not one I would take. But, (and I know this will anger many), Ella has ALOT of documented concerns. People have set appointments only for a bait and switch. Ella's history is spotty over the years. Then she gets kicked out for IV use, which is somewhat corroborated. Frankly, Ella is off my list for those reasons. But I say that to mention RunDMC had reason to be ultra-cautious. Would I have handled it that way? No.

But my larger point, if you knowingly patronize known drug users with very sketchy histories, that is a dangerous game in MANY different ways. I know pickings are slim. But I am not going to spend good money for poor service. What they are doing is dangerous to themselves. I really did not intend this as a slam Ella post. Just a bigger picture view. But what causes me concern: check posts 1132 and 1229. And as RunDMC wrote in post 1261, Ella confirmed she'd been kicked out. I don't claim to know the truth but there is too much drama right now.

We all have our own risk profile and process. As I said, I'm not looking to bash Ella. For each of those bad reports, I can cite 10 seniors that swear by her. But even most of those seniors will admit there are red flags. Given all of that, in my opinion, there is enough concern for me to pass.

Again, bigger picture, and beyond Ella: if a provider has a serious drug problem, to me, I view that as a ticking time bomb. My sole reason for saying this is to raise awareness around safety. Just seems like the game has entered a more dangerous stage.
