Finally gave the place on the Seacoast a try. Inside was nice rooms were warm and heated massage table. Older 40 something didn't catch her name. Massage was mediocre at best. I was a little weirded out as 1/2 the massage was done with her feet standing on me as I asked for medium hard. No value at all in the massage. Minimum tease to flip. Better than average standard HE. Over all I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. If I'm in the area I may give it another shot.

Price: 50 for half hour / 70 for hour.
Shorted me 5 -10 minutes. I think only one woman works there – so session was interrupted twice as others were inquiring on services.
Tip discussion at time of flip. She said x for services, I said why (a very fair price). She said X again and I said NO, why – she said ok. At the end of the session, she said we agreed to X (I did not) and paid what I said (such a hassle).
Not sure what happened to this place – it seemed better in the past. Maybe times are slow with the holidays and she needs to squeeze things around the edges (pun intended).
Many options available at time of flip – just be prepared to negotiate and hold firm on what you are willing to pay.
Went yesterday morning, drew YiYi good looking nice rack. Good solid massage and nice tease, after flip utc roaming very good technique I exploded in no time, I think menu YMMV. On my way out saw the other girl asked her name Mia, IMO YiYi is better looking, will repeat next time I am in the area.

Our least favorite Uncle and his entire Bridge Club are all over the place.

Also hardly ever open, you need to get on there "list" they say walk ins but kinda hit or miss. Massage itself not too bad, with ok teasing, and always just standard HE finish. No UTC touching. A little OTC touching but nothing great mainly her ass. Women that works there is old mamasan.

I've had everything at that location and she actually had my ATF "mia" years ago who was the best ever. Once Covid hit she had one older lady for a bit, the last year or 2 its been just her, the mamasan, she has her regulars that she see's and that's about it, I suppose if you call and she happened to be there she would probably do you, but her massage is good at best, no touching and HJ only.
