Wth all the hotels/motels in Leesburg, does anyone know why there is not service. Although we've had lots of urban-blight growth, Leesburg still has a small town culture and, for the most part, is very conservative. You're right -- there is very little, if any action. There is a provider from the Winchester area who occasionally sets up shop at one of the hotels. I suspect she is who you found on-line.

You need a car to hook up out this way. If you check out the WV forum in the eastern panhandle section, you'll find reviews of Tracy in Martinsburg. There used to be an agency out that way called the Gold Club. They were really great, but they went down a few years ago.
