HIV is very hard to spread through normal sex (anal is much higher) but since a small risk exists that's what annual testing is for. Most of what you listed are bacteria that are easily killed off with antibiotics. There is no point in testing for bacteria unless you have serious symptoms or about to take on a serious partner with bb. Either you are a free man and can get treated before you take on a new partner, or you do not touch your partner if you are going bbfs. Bbbj is much safer, not perfect but nowhere in the same discussion.

I tell my doctor I have multiple sex partners, so please give me an STD test. My doctor does not judge. She actually re-ordered my STD test when I get my annual check up. Everything you've asked is answered in the guides I linked earlier. There is a simple plan to solve everything except for HIV and Herpes:

Nobody needs HPV tests. You can just..get vaccinated. The vast majority of HPV infections resolve without problem. If you get a skin or genital wart, it can be removed. Let me just say that HPV is way way more common than HIV, and way way more deadly. You can take drugs for HIV and they work, just a few thousand people in the US die a year to AIDS. HPV however causes 700 k cases of cancer a year. It kills a lot more and is hundreds of times more infectious, hundreds of times more common. There is no treatment. Just a vaccine. The reason they don't offer it to anyone over 45 without an exception is by that age you've probably been exposed hundreds of times to most of the strains. Most people are exposed to HPV as teenagers from kissing.

I have had 5 covid vaccines including the newer covid (last year) and the new new covid (this year). Would it make sense for me to regularly test if I have covid? No, not unless I'm working in a hospital or visiting grandma. I don't get tested for covid at all, I do everything to prevent it. In the same way, the strategy in the guide above is more important than STD testing. It attacks the problem rather than asks questions about it.

Don't dwell on one place / girl. Give a honest reviews. Others will have seen the MT and will know if you aren't being truthful.

Sometimes you have to go a bit to gain their trust.

One tip off is if they ask if you have been there before. You can usually say "yes several times. But its been a while" . And they are none the wiser because they have usually not been there that long.

OC is a big place, and there are MP's from Seal Beach to Fullerton, and Cypress to Laguna Niguel. Variety is the spice of life, and I would bet serious money that there are some great spa's who never mentioned at all. Who knows, you might start a new trend!

Just give an honest review, with some idea of the extras offered, how old / attractive the girl is, and fee / tip. We all know that some guys have more game than others, and we might get more or less than you get. But its good to know if a place is mainly legit, HE only, or extras.

To avoid wasting your time and money, when you go into a spa, and there is a little window in a wall inside you can be assured something naughty will happen. Also any girl who calls you honey or baby is a pro. Usually if a girl is wearing any kind of dress or skirt that's an indication of fun to come.

Only rarely do I leave a really bad review. Sometimes I balance a positive review by mentioning a minor downside. I have been made fun of just once, for acting like a "thank you" I got after finishing fucking her was sincere. Sometimes I've been disputed over possible factual inaccuracies, like age or hair color, where more often than not I'm wrong. But I've never been outright attacked.

Two goals. One, help others get satisfaction with these women they way others on this board have helped me. Two, sex workers get condemned a lot and former sex workers can't admit to it in public. I wish that weren't true, so in the big picture I want to lift them up.

There's so much negative energy in the world, no need to add to it here, unless I think it's needed to help someone avoid a really awful experience. If I don't happen to click with a girl, well that's just something that happens sometimes, probably no one's fault, no need to dump on her here, just move on to the next willing lass.

So that's why this site is so valuable. Its not a matter of being negative. Its a matter of not wasting the time and money of other mongers.
