B's are just escorts with high price tags. They typically won't spend more than an hour and in most cases I was happy they didn't. The few I talked to have complained that all they run into are guys trying to scam them and the few I attempted to meet turned out to be the need money for gas, uber, cash app, sell you pics instead, ect.
