I'm sure he is. I think it's further since Ponce De Leon Rd. Does that one woman who crushes cans with her big tits still there? I think she even got a mention on the Wikipedia page. I only went once and never saw her. Guess it was her night off.
Yeah, I saw her there last year. Her name is Blondie. She isn't what she used to be though.
When I arrived here in 2005 and was living off Mills street, I used to hit Ponce like no ones business. Watched it decline more and more till there was an occasional SW that was coming from the store. Those were the good ole days. I always wondered where the action went to and then stumbled on this site. Spot near Church's Chicken was my biggest catch area.
Ponce been dead for years now even in the summer months and if you do catch a SW on Ponce most likely she is a he LOL.
That area did have girls back in the days tho man have times changed smh.
I never really Mongered much on Ponce tho due to Fib and Cleveland Avenue had all the action I needed and there where other spots as well those were fun times in Atlanta and now look at the city but One thing for sure Fib will always be Fib yea it's not the same but you can always find SW in the area if your timing right.
Are you talking about the clermount lounge.
Yep. Clermount Lounge was the place. And I think hotel was called Clermount Hotel -- rattling the old memory, recall sweet black girl with weekly room there. Truly good old days!
I moved to Alpharetta area and all that became a memory in 2006. Occasionally when I would be downtown I would do drivebys and tear up. I have never been to FIB. Looks like I missed out on glory days again. Damn you Corona.

Oh well it is what it is.
I was first introduced to FIB when I moved to Atlanta in 06, I was blown away at that time, there were literally so many girls it was like an amusement park. 50 out on any given night literally, between walking and the ones standing in the doorways of all the motels. There was no chase, you drove around until you found the one you wanted and you had a great selection. Those numbers quickly dropped by 08, and again by 2010, they never came close to recovering, now your lucky if you find 5 out on most nights, those were the days.

Hard to describe but on the weekends it was a pretty wild scene with maybe a hundred or so, maybe more, girls lining the "hoe stroll". And some were quite hot. Eventually, they had to shut it down as it was too out in the open. FIB has never been close to that but it had its moments.

But yea they say Stewart Avenue was the number one stroll in the early and mid 90's to bad I was still in junior high and high school then LOL.
Back in late 90's Midtown Had lots of action too especially on the weekends but still Fib had all them beat by far as a matter of fact it would be over 50 girls just walking the streets and a ton more working all the hotels especially the Travel Inn that place was loaded with girls back in the early 2000's day or night it was truly amazing.
Sad what Fib has become now tho.

Spent about 30 minutes in the area from 8 pm to 8:30 pm wasn't much of anything out just 2 SW by the Texaco both Chubby nothing special. I went on Wendell it was dead no girls in sight and nothing at the Fulton Inn. I saw 2 LE cars at the Valero and then they started circling the area so it was time for me to leave besides it was dead as hell maybe due to cooler weather or LE enforcing shelter in place law or just Coronavirus period who the hell knows.
Smh.

There was a young spinner who could Polish a dome forever and yet keep you from blowing until she was ready.
