"? I treat the providers well. What I was trying to get at was more along the lines of what is being provided in calculating what you should pay. So what calculates into that is transportation, the location, advertising, to name a few. If you are picking them up off the street, providing transportation and providing a room. That makes sense that the rate would be much cheaper. Because you are paying much of the cost yourself. But if she has to pay for online advertising, answering calls texts, is already at the location, and paying for the room. Then she is paying more costs and has to charge more. Some of us can't host or use vehicles. So we have to rely on incall locations. I don't pay hour rates, because I don't need that much time.
