I went to patient first and never got anything in the mail etc. After that even a BJ I normally wear protection. I was honest with them and told them that I had gotten a BJ unprotected and it was burning when I pissed and giving off a drip of fluid often. The shot and pill cleared me right up within a day or two. After that I wore a cover for everything. Makes women like Lynn or Sally very attractive.

That leaves you open to phone calls or visits to your address with them trying to find out your partners.

Not the cheapest route but if you do test positive you can contact one of their docs for a prescription. Make a Gmail account and use a prepaid card and burner. Nothing comes in the mail.

HIV and syphillis, maybe HepC and monkeypox. Gono is effectively bronchitis of the dick. Maybe if you had antibiotic resistant gono (a real thing), but I've had it twice and to date have never been listed.

After they saw that I had some type of infection they didn't bother running more test to see exactly what it was since I had told them I had a unprotected BJ. They just gave me a shot and a pill and that was the end of it. I never heard back either time. That happened twice.

A week later no lie, A VDH rep came to my door and rang the bell. I didn't answer and they left a card attached to the door saying to contact for a health emergency. Luckily I had no SO at the time but imagine your SO answering the door. Went super duper anonymous after that.
