Get in contact with people at SA and their processor, PaymentWall. Eventually, I just gave them the digits of the prepaid card by email and they were able to put it through. Of course, for a regular credit card this is dumb, but for a prepaid card that has only a couple of dollars more than the monthly charge for SA on it, there's not much to lose if some hacker intercepts the email and shops on Amazon.

I find a high number of SBs start dropping hints early on that seem to be feelers on whether the "arrangement" might turn into something more. Being afraid of commitment has nothing to do with it in my case, it's the fact that I already have a commitment and I'm not such a flake that I would make a commitment to one girl talking out of one side of my mouth, then lead some sugar baby on to think she has a future with me out of the other side of my mouth.
