I think its true. A lot less competition in smaller non California cities. LA has the most. Guys in other cities are lucky when the 2nd tier ones go around. Also when they tour they can literally work all day (if physically up to it) if they need the cash (high demand).

It looks like even some of the super stars of non a la carte menu chicks are starting to slow down. Could be due to the economy. Could be due to price hikes in general. I long for the days when everything was included for the basic fee. Funny thing is, I bet most girls wouldn't really care if it was a flat rate.
