I agree with others that best approach is to just show up, with possibly the addendum to text them 15 min before you arrive to ask if the person you're hoping to see is available, and promise them you're just a few minutes away, in hopes they might give a different girl to the guy who shows a few minutes before you do.

I have had mixed results with them honoring appointments. The 2 times I saw Anne first thing in the morning were both fine and a few others. I have left before when they tried swapping to another girl when I arrived and told them I'll just go someplace else.
