They can and have verified with nude pics before and they've even pulled out their own salami to show the provider while in their car that they are not LEO. I've even reqd where some have not only actually had sex with the providers but when finished they took back the donation and arrested the provider and still no actions against the officer. So realistically it's a crap shoot for either side. I'm pretty sure nobody involved with LEO acting as a provider would go through with with having sex. But these days you never know.
