Proposal, if possible google the phone number and find another link from a less transient site. And post that link with the review. That way other moo gets won't totally be lost and the scammers would need to change phone numbers not just delete the BP ad.
I am sure this is just wishful thinking as a lot of people don't post any link at all. It is worth a try.

The first sentence of his review stated " Don't ask me why I would see a girl with no pics" .
A link is a plus (but the girl or her handler pull it to run the same sub-par service on the next unsuspecting monger).

I think one of the easiest fixes is to simply post links to aggregate sites that collect BP posts regardless of deletion. I use Bitches Of Backpage a lot:
