Back in the Craigslist / Backpage days a lot of the scammers would confuse Hernando with Hillsborough and they thought they were posting in Tampa. In my experience 80 is the average asked for a QV, but there are a few that ask for more. It's also my experience that most will negotiate down from that 120 and the ones that won't usually really prefer to do hhr and hr visits so they upsell the QV. I rarely pay the initial cost quoted, unless I've had a good recommendation from another trusted monger. I always try to negotiate down at least 10-20.
