If you get pulled right after making a pickup, it's more than likely they were "observing a known / suspected SW" (again, ask me how I know).

Much as we think they're "out to get us", they are just doing their job (s) (and an inherently dangerous one at that).

Follow some SIMPLE RULES, and you'll avoid ending up in cuffs, paying $300 bail, and whatever the tow / impound fee is to get your car back (OK. It only happened ONCE. And it happened because I BROKE MY OWN RULES).

1 - Don't discuss business / negotiate on the street, get them in the car and rolling. Even on a walk-up (like if you parked and walked up on them).

2 - If they won't get in your car, PASS.

3 - Don't be directed into a dead-end-street / parking lot before they get in. CONTROL YOUR EXIT. This applies to RIPOFF / SETUPS also.

4 - Unless they're one of our "known quantities", usually a SW hanging in the same place (and not moving), is going to have more than you "watching" her. Make a few passes, lay back and observe. Better to get "scooped", than PINCHED.
