At the beginning I did not understand what was wrong with these calls and texts at all hours but H is such a brutal addiction. I became very close with one of them and see them wake up sick until they got there H. It is getting real bad out there. I have seen it in NY, Philly, Baltimore and now here. I will say that Philly and here are by far the worst in terms of how many SW are just looking for the next fix.

My gripe in particular is with the repeat visit card. I was told that it's no longer in play, even though I filled up the required punches.
