ACCC ~ The technical answer?
I have to ask this. What is the 3rd C for in ACCC? I figured I'd ask because either I'm retarded and can't figure it out, or someone retarded added an extra C and we all followed along. Shouldn't it just be ACC? Are we doing it just for uniformity sake?
Arlington County Chinese Condo.
Formerly part of the District of Columbia, the land now composing the county was retroceded to Virginia on July 9, 1846, in an act of Congress that took effect in 1847. It was called Alexandria County from that date until March 16, 1920, when an act of the General Assembly changed its name to Arlington County. All cities within the Commonwealth of Virginia are independent of counties, though towns may be incorporated within counties. Considering this, it is inaccurate to refer to Arlington County as a city.
