Go to the spot in USA SG in which you are entering your post, and are ready to enter the link. Second, open STG in the other open window and go to the page of the chica you are interested in. Look at the very top of the page to the page identification bar, and highlight that strip of info with your mouse. Then look to the top bar of the page in Safari and click "Edit" . It will open up a box and in that box click "copy" . Third, switch back to the open USA SG window and once again visit the bar at the very top of the page. Once again click on "Edit", and when the box opens this time, click "paste" . The exact web address of the chica will appear in the text of your USA SG message post.
