The HF in the Honolulu AMPs is $50-$60 (this, you must give to the mama upfront). Average fair tip for good FS is $150. Give the tip to the provider after services rendered. Have fun here.

If you don't see the name of the AMP there, it's probably not worthy. However, if you do see it in the user section, read up within for the provider that interests you. Lots of information. The more popular AMPs within, the providers shouldn't ask for the tip upfront. Suggestioms would be Happiness, Rejuve, Pinetree for starters.

They took the face pic and photo shopped it on those amazing model bodies. I've seen them all in person and no fucking way they are that hot.
