I can confirm there's very little crime against white people in West Garfield Park.

Fifth is _near_ the Cicero Blue line stop but you'll have a 5-10 minute walk before you get to anyone. The area doesn't have many pedestrians so you're going to stand out A LOT. Best if you look a bit scruffy if you don't want to draw attention. Then you need to find a place to do your things, which means you need a girl who's willing to hike along with you to wherever that is. I've had some girls in that area refuse to talk to me on foot, but only a few. But a lot of the time the most I'll get is a phone number because the girls figure if you don't have a car you don't have enough cash to make it worth walking with you. I know a few spots for the deed nearby but they're ++sketchy++ and also dwindling.

Been wondering if the Uhaul lot near Pulaski might be friendly to visitors. Probably not. Also not many girls on that end of Fifth.

Pulaski / Grand you can get to by bus but there's no El stops nearby. You definitely stand out less as a pedestrian here.
