The more casual ones still have a firmness to it and the round shape of the breasts don't flatten when on their backs. Sometimes there's the telltale sign of the base of the implant creating a skin fold underneath the breast against the bottom of the rib cage. I've had a few who had smaller breasts but it was still implants, the girls didn't want it too big, but just proportional.
