I found my last couple times a FE that Moma knew me and gave the ok. It did seem they were nervous about something on entry of a couple mongers. Well it's official, pleasant street is a bust. I hit FE but I was told there was a wait. I didn't feel like waiting around so I decided to TOFTT and see what's up at pleasant street. I still prefer Harmony and FE so do not know first hand, but read the posts on SH.

I stopped in to Opulence recently to see Ingrid. Easy parking right there. Very nice, professional looking inside, large rooms nicely furnished.
