This is the most "required" of LEO checks, from a monger standpoint. They WILL NOT GET IN.

Typical tactic, is for them to be positioned somewhere, where there is a dead-end street or parking lot they can direct you into. They'll either get the offer "on tape" and direct you in, or get you to pull around into said dead-end. This is to "box you in", so the backup can prevent you from going anywhere (aka: high speed chase).

The LEO won't get in, for HER SAFETY. All bets are off once she's in the car. She could be getting in with an armed psycho, or someone who just freaks out when she identifies herself.

LEO check for us, "hey, need a ride? Or simply "get in". Don't discuss business on the street, negotiate when you're rolling.

A few weeks ago I met a cute blond named Leah but the LEO check wasn't as definite as it normally is so I passed. It was early in the evening and it just started to sprinkle and I asked her if she needed a ride and she hopped in. When I asked what she was doing that night she said she was partying with her roommate but when I asked what kind of party she hinted at smoking pot. I've got a close to zero risk of getting caught so I passed on it and I just played free taxi driver for 10 minutes. I just saw her again tonight and it was more obvious what she was doing.
